Azerbaijan is hosting the Eternal Brotherhood–IV multinational joint military exercises in Baku, with special forces from Türkiye, Qatar, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, and Kazakhstan taking part.
The drills began on Tuesday and will run for roughly two weeks.

According to the Ministry of Defence, units are training with armoured vehicles, army aviation, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
The exercise aims to share operational experience among special forces and sharpen skills in live-fire shooting, parachuting, sniper missions, and urban clearance operations.

Defence Minister Zakir Hasanov noted that this is the fourth iteration of Eternal Brotherhood, calling it a continuing tradition and a clear example of military cooperation.
The previous round was held in Kazakhstan in September 2024, which also included participants from Jordan and Kyrgyzstan alongside several of the current members.
